The three tier dress pattern comes with the bloomer pattern BUT If you’d just like the pattern for the bloomers to pair with little t-shirts or other summery items, this is the listing for that option. Again, this is for the bloomers only in sizes 0-24 months. There is an option for a simple 1” elastic waist or a 1/2” elastic with a sweet ruffle above. This pattern also comes with a FULL video tutorial to walk you through each and every step!
